Many, many people on Instagram have asked me about my #SarahWaffle recipe. I shared it under the hasthag, but shoot- why not share it here! It’ll be much easier to find.



  • 40g oat flour
  • 8-16g almond meal/flour
  • 4-7g coconut flour
  • 8-15g protein powder
  • 1 large egg white (or 46g liquid whites)
  • 60g unsweetened applesauce
  • 30g canned pumpkin
  • 2tbs unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp extract(s) of choice
  • Stevia
  • Cinnamon

Mix all of those ingredients up in a bowl while your waffle maker is heating up. (Note: I use a Belgian waffle maker that I bought on amazon for $29!) Grease your waffle iron with some cooking spray, then cook until a little crisp. I like to add fun toppings to mine to take it to the next level!
