Dark Chocolate Coffee Protein Waffle with a Chunky Peanut Butter Whip

Ingredients (waffle):

  •  20g oat flour
  • 15g whole wheat flour
  • 5g unsweetened special dark cocoa powder
  • 11g Coffee NutriWhey (NutriForce Sports 10% off code: Rose10)
  • 60g unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 large egg white
  • Stevia
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon (I eyeball it)
  • 1/4tsp Better Body Foods vanilla extract

Ingredients (whip):

Mix all of the waffle ingredients until well combined. Cook in a greased waffle maker! While that’s being made, mix the Peanut Butter Whip ingredients until well combined. Slowly add the water until it’s at the consistency that you like. Then top with whatever your little heart desires!

Macros (just waffles): 238 calories, 34g carbs,4g fat, 18g protein, 5g fiber

Macros (just PB whip): 129 calories, 7g carbs, 8g fat, 11g protein, 2g fiber

Macros (everything): 400 calories, 49g carbs, 12g fats, 29g protein, 8g fiber
