Jamie Eason Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate Pumpkin Spice Protein Waffle

The title of this waffle is a mouthful, but you’ll be wanting to stuff your mouth with this waffle if you make it! I’m on a pumpkin kick – because #TisTheSeason. And you should be, too!

Ingredients:

  • 18g almond flour
  • 14g coconut flour
  • 18g chocolate Jamie Eason Lean Body For Her protein powder
  • 92g liquid egg whites
  • 1-2tbs Archer Farms sugar free pumpkin spice syrup (or water)
  • 1/4tsp pumpkin spice bakery emulsion
  • 1/4tsp vanilla extract
  • Stevia
  • Cinnamon

Mix all of your ingredients together, then cook in a greased waffle iron. Mine made 1.25! Always good luck when you get more than 1 waffle out of the mix!

High Protein Alpine Strawberry Waffle

Ingredients:

  • 36g Alpine Strawberry Whey (Rose10: 10% off NFSports)
  • 35g whole wheat flour
  • 7g coconut flour
  • 60g nonfat greek yogurt
  • 92g liquid egg whites
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • Stevia
  • 1/4tsp vanilla extract by BetterBodyFoods

Mix all of your ingredients, then cook in a greased waffle iron. And like I said, it made TWO WAFFLES. BUHBUHBAM.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Banana Protein Waffles

I’m clearly obsessed with waffles. There are soooo many ways to make them, and so many flavor combinations. It’s insane. Raise your hand if you love waffles too! #WaffleObsessed. Yadig?

Ingredients:

  • 20g oat flour
  • 14g coconut flour
  • 10g chocolate peanut butter cup TrueNutrition protein powder
  • 46g liquid egg whites
  • 70g mashed banana
  • 2tbs unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp cream cheese emulsion (optional)
  • Stevia

Mix all of your ingredients well – I melted the banana in the microwave before mixing it in. Then cook in a greased waffle maker.

Macros- 269 calories, 37g carbs, 4g fats, 21g protein, 9g fiber

EVERYONE STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!! And look at how PERFECT that scoop of Cookie Butter Ice Cream (from Trader Joe’s) is. PERFECT.

  • 15g oat flour
  • 40g vanilla NFSports Nutriwhey (10% off: Rose10)
  • 7g coconut flour
  • 25g canned pumpkin puree
  • 72g liquid egg whites
  • 1/2tsp baking powder

Mix all of your ingredients, and cook in a greased waffle maker! So simple.

Hazelnut Coffee Kodiak Cakes Waffle with a Chocolate Hazelnut “Fluff”

I wanted a waffle after I trained back, but I wanted it quick. Would you call that a Waffle Quickie? Who knooooows.

Ingredients (waffle):

  • 45g Kodiak Cakes flapjack and waffle mix
  • 13g coffee NutriWhey (10% off: Rose10)
  • 25g canned pumpkin puree
  • 49g liquid egg whites
  • 1-2tbs unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • Stevia drops
  • 1/4tsp hazelnut extract (iHerb coupon code: KNN401, optional ingredient)
  • 1/4tsp Vanilla extract (by Better Body Foods)

Mix all of your ingredients then cook in a greased (with non-stick cooking spray) waffle maker!

Ingredients (chocolate hazelnut “fluff”)

  • 20g Barefoot & Chocolate chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 48g plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • Stevia drops

Easy peasy lemon squeezy- mix all of that up!

Macros (waffle): 246 calories, 36g carbs, 2g fat, 21g protein, 5g fiber

Macros (“fluff”): 152 calories, 12g carbs, 9g fat, 7g protein, 1g fiber

Alpine Strawberry Protein Waffle (higher protein/lower carb)

I just love how many different waffle recipes one can make!

Ingredients:

  • 25g oat flour
  • 7g coconut flour
  • 30g Alpine Strawberry NutriWhey (10% off: Rose10)
  • 25g canned pumpkin puree
  • 72g liquid egg whites
  • 1-2tbs water
  • Stevia
  • 1/4tsp Vanilla Extract (by Better Body Foods)
  • 1/2tsp baking powder

Heat up your waffle maker, and mix allllllll of these ingredients together. Cook in that waffle maker, then BAM! I made mine into a “Ice Cream Sandwich” for National Ice Cream Sandwich Day with Vanilla Bean HaloTop Creamery Healthy Ice Cream and with Gluten-Free Cookies & Cream 5150 Nut Butter.

Macros (just waffle): 301 calories, 28g carbs, 5g fat, 32g protein, 7g fiber

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Waffle

Breakfast, I like sweet. Dinner, I like savory. Dessert, I like sweet. Lunch is one of those “no man’s land” meals. I never know which to choose- sweet or savory. One day I went with both because it’s the best of both worlds (nostalgic Hannah Montana reference). I made a simple veggie stir fry and also had this delicious waffle.

Ingredients:

  • 20g oat flour
  • 4g coconut flour
  • 4g almond flour
  • 11g Chocolate Peanut Butter True Nutrition protein powder
  • 23g liquid egg whites
  • 12g pumpkin puree
  • 30g unsweetened applesauce
  •  1tbs unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Stevia
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp cream cheese emulsion

Mix all of the ingredients until well combined, then cook in a greased (with non-stick cooking spray) waffle maker! Mine made just over 1/2 of a waffle. I topped it with some P28 White Chocolate High Protein Spread and blueberries.
